Withose for Microsoft Teams
Your decisions already happen in Teams. Now they get remembered there.
Every week your team settles real questions in Microsoft Teams channels and chats: a vendor, a scope cut, a policy, a hire. A month later the conversation is buried, the reasoning is gone, and the question quietly reopens. Teams is where your company decides; it was never built to be where your company remembers.
Withose adds the memory without moving the conversation. One @mention turns the discussion into an AI-drafted decision record with named stakeholders, explicit positions, a synthesis, and a permanent place in a searchable archive. Most decision-tracking tools treat Microsoft Teams as an afterthought; Withose is native in it.
How it works in Microsoft Teams
- 1
Capture where the decision happened
Mention @Withose in the channel or chat where the discussion happened, or use the Withose message action from the "..." menu on any message. You choose exactly what gets captured; Withose never reads anything you did not select.
- 2
AI drafts the record
From the selected conversation, Withose drafts the decision: the question being settled, the options on the table, and where each participant already stands. You review and correct it, not write it.
- 3
Stakeholders weigh in, accounts optional
Name the people whose position matters. Each gets an email link to record support, opposition, or a neutral stance with their reasoning. No Teams access needed, no Withose account, no seat cost.
- 4
Synthesis, then a finalized record
AI synthesizes the positions: where people agree, where they clash, the open risks, and a recommendation. Finalize it and the decision joins your searchable archive, with a ready-to-paste announcement and an optional revisit reminder.

Your archive pushes back
When you finalize a decision, it is checked against what your workspace already decided. If today's call contradicts a decision from last quarter, Withose flags the conflict right there.

Common questions
Does Withose read our Teams message history?
No. Withose has no standing access to your Microsoft Teams messages. Content reaches Withose only when a member of your team explicitly captures a specific conversation, having seen exactly what was selected. Captured content is encrypted at rest with your workspace's own key.
How do I capture a decision in Microsoft Teams?
Two ways: mention @Withose in the channel or group chat where the discussion happened, or open the "..." menu on a message and choose the Withose message action. Both open a review step before anything is sent.
Do stakeholders need to be in our Teams tenant?
No. Stakeholders weigh in through an email link with no account and no seat cost, so clients, advisors, and people in other departments can participate without any Teams access.
What does it cost?
Pricing is public: a Free plan, Team at $45 per seat per month billed annually, and Business at $99 with a 3-seat minimum. Only teammates who create and manage decisions need seats; stakeholders are always free. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day Team trial, no card required.
Some of our teams use Slack. Does that work?
Yes. Withose is native in both Microsoft Teams and Slack, and decisions captured from either land in the same workspace archive.
