Anyone who captures a decision from Slack or Microsoft Teams, drafts a card, or finalizes it needs a Withose account. That’s the seat you pay for.

Everyone invited to weigh in gets a link by email. No account, no seat, no cost, on every plan including Free.

The people who need convincing to try a new tool are never the ones asked to install one. That’s on purpose.
Questions
What exactly counts as a seat?
Only workspace members with a real Withose account: whoever captures decisions from Slack or Microsoft Teams, drafts them, or finalizes them. Stakeholders who just weigh in are never counted or billed, on any plan. Free includes 1 seat; Team and Business are billed per seat, add or remove anytime. Business starts at 3 seats.
What can’t Free do?
Free drafts are unlimited, but each one only reads the most recent 10 messages of a thread. You can see the full decision card and every position extracted from it; AI synthesis and finalizing a decision are Team and Business features.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime. Moving to annual applies the discount immediately; we prorate the difference either direction.
Do stakeholders really need zero setup?
Yes. They get a link, open it, and respond. No install, no login, no workspace membership, regardless of which plan invited them.
What if we outgrow a single workspace?
Business and Enterprise support multiple workspaces under one billing account, useful once separate teams or business units want their own space.
